Our Vision

Empowering residents to be able to make choices that preserve the sense of community that is Hopkinton with fewer fiscal constraints impacting on their decisions.

Mission Statement

In 1998 a group of citizens envisioned a way for Hopkinton to have both high quality facilities and services while remaining affordable for residents regardless of age or income.

The Hopkinton Community Endowment was founded on that vision and continues to serve as a non-profit, publicly supported organization that provides a permanent funding mechanism to reduce taxes. Only capital projects approved by Hopkinton voters are eligible for funding upon approval of the Board of Directors. The Endowment is committed to a strategy of prudent financial investments.

Basic Policies
